Comprehensive Analysis of Renal Allograft Rerejction in Immune Microenvironment (CARARIME) is database specifically designed for hosting, visualizing, and analyzing an extensive collection of renal allograft rejection data. We uniformly processed sequencing/array data for 6,178 human samples, to generate gene expression and immune microenvironment profiles. Sample metadata, including dataset name, sample number, species, sample type, experiment type, summary, overall design and platforms were manually curated. CARARIME provides interactive interfaces for users to explore gene expression and immune microenvironment, and allows systematic comparisons between different groups (Rejection and Control).
